Baguette with hazelnuts, pears and cream cheese

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 150 g (1 pack) Arla Pineapple Cream Cheese
  • 1 baguette (about 40 cm)
  • 2 ripe, firm pears
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 25g chopped hazelnuts

Preparation (15 minutes):

Halve and split the baguette. Spread Arla Pineapple Cream Cheese on the four pieces of baguette. Cut the pears into thin slices and toss them in the lemon juice. Spread pear slices on the cheese and garnish with hazelnuts.

Our tips:

After splitting the baguette, and before spreading Arla Pineapple Cream Cheese, warm the bread on a toaster.
