A broad perspective

FAQ

Which formal qualifications do I need?

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e.g. business, marketing, finance, or the like. We are open to other educational lines of study, but the F15® graduate programme has a broad business focus.

When should I have finished my degree?

In order to apply you need to have finalised your Bachelor's or Master's degree by 1 September when our new F15s will have their first work day at Arla. The F15 position should be your first “real job”.

What should I focus on in my application?

In your application you must convince us that your educational background, personality and leadership aspiration, is what we are looking for in order to become a key employee and future leader in Arla Foods.

What should I attach with my application?

Which languages are required?

Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Additionally, you need to speak at least one more language fluently. It is not a requirement that you speak one of the Scandinavian languages.

In which language should I write my application?

People from several different countries will handle your application and the only language they have in common is English. It is therefore imperative that your application is in English. Non-English applications will not be taken into consideration. That also means that your exams papers must be translated into English, unless they are in either English, German or any of the Scandinavian languages.

What should I attach, if I have not yet completed my degree?

Please attach an overview of your latest exam marks.

What does a graduate usually earn?

Am I guaranteed a job when I finish the programme?

You are hired for two years as a full-time employee. When you have completed the programme, we expect your skills and experiences to qualify you for another full-time job at Arla. There is no unconditional job guarantee, but due to our investment in the Graduate Programme, we obviously wish to make good use of your unique skills when you have finished the programme.

When can I send my application?

We normally open our application window in November for the next year's intake for the programme. Please follow our website and our social media channels for further information.

How many positions are available?

The concrete number of F15 Graduates varies from year to year, depending on business needs and the number of qualified candidates. But you can expect 10-15 graduates to be hired each year.
