In order to get the best and most in depth insight into your compatibility with Arla Foods you will go through different assessment elements. The recruitment process includes elements such as a problem solving and personality testing, video based interviews and lastly a final assessment face to face with some of Arla Foods’ senior leaders where you’ll be able to shine throughout several different types of assessments. The final assessment centre will be held at our Headquarters in Denmark.
