As part of the Production Management Graduate Programme you will be given responsibility from day one and the opportunity to make your effort count. You will solve assignments and business-critical tasks for one or more members of the management team at the production site.
You will have a unique chance to bring ideas to the management team and to trial your proposals on site. Spending 18 months at your primary production site and 6 months at a production site abroad will give you a solid understanding of the business and the possibility to impact both business and people.
